After Mumbai Blast in India ,many blogspot hosted blogs are banned in India. China , Iran, Pakistan and some other countries have already banned many blogspot blogs.
Sometime it does not matter wheather the blog should be banned or not.For instance my other blog about credit and credit card after bankruptcy was banned upto 4 days after 3 days of blast.(I think all blogspot hosted blogs were banned during that time period). But i accessed my blog through alternative ways.
There are some alternative ways to access your blog---
First, through search engines cache.Go to Google , Yahoo , Msn and type the URL of your blog.Click on cache part of the SERP (Search Engine Result Page).This hack is worthless if your blog is not indexed or partially indexed.
Second, type I.P. address of your blog on address bar of browser instead of URL .Unfortuantely it is not easy as 123. If you can remember --thats good!!
Third, the best way i think is fetch the weblog as part of another website. It is easy. I used http://pkblogs.com/.
